It's finally here!
I have wanted to create a digital planner for educators FOREVER! There was just so much to learn and figure out. This weekend, I finally sat down and made it a priority. This planner includes everything that I think educators need to think through in order to design manageable and meaningful learning experiences for both at-home and in-class learners.
The DMLE Framework was created to provide a simple way to plan experiences for every learner. The framework encourages educators to front-load the entire learning experience. It provides the opportunity to differentiate and design in a way that will result in a willingness to invest.
After planning, it's simply a matter of recreating the learning experience in your LMS and sharing it with your learners. They will work through the experience from in-class or at-home. The facilitation of the learning will look different meaning that in-class learners will interact face-to-face with the teacher, while the at-home learners will interact virtually.
Please know that this is my first attempt and I'm sure there will be improvements and changes made based on the feedback that I receive. I hope that you enjoy using the planner as much as I enjoyed making it.
I am making the planner available below. I just ask that you join my mailing list in order to access the planner so that I can send updates and important information when needed. I'm sure that the planner will evolve over time and I'd like to let you know what you can expect and look forward to as that begins to happen. I email once a week and simply share content, ideas, upcoming learning opportunities, and more. Please feel free to use and share this site with anyone that you think might benefit from the planner. The planner is NOT available to be sold in its original or modified version.
If you'd like professional learning for your campus/district regarding how to use the planner and design learning experiences using this framework, please contact me at mcnairandi@gmail.com. I've had so much fun sharing with several districts already and I'd love to share with yours as well.
I hope to provide additional resources, ideas, and support on this page in the weeks to come. I simply wanted to get it created and made available as soon as possible. Check back often for updates and new content.
Thank you so much for the work that you do and the work we will continue to do moving forward. I hope that this planner/journal helps you find meaning in your mess!

The planner can be used in Google Slides. You will be forced to make a copy upon filling out the form below. You can simply duplicate the slides to customize how many you need of each one and where you would like for them to be in your planner. You can also use the planner in GoodNotes by downloading a PDF. Remember, I've never done this before. If you have any trouble or find any mistakes or errors, please let me know and I will get it corrected as soon as possible!
