In order to get started on the contract, we will need to know some things.  Please share more about the event by completing the form below. After doing so, we will get started on the contract that you will receive in your inbox soon. I'm excited to visit your campus or district so let's get all this paperwork stuff out of the way ASAP! :)

IMPORTANT:  Contracts will need to be signed through ESC Region 12's contract management system which utilizes Adobe Sign (an Adobe Sign license is NOT required to sign our contracts).  If this process creates issues for your district, please bring that to our attention as soon as possible.
